Aurora

This is my mermaid OC, Aurora Boreal. I haven't actually thought of her backstory just yet, but I can tell you why I chose the name I did for her. I already liked the sound of Aurora as her name, but I had to come up with a last name. Thinking on what exactly an Aurora is, I did a little research, and I figured out a perfect name for her. If what I read is correct, Aurora Boreal translates in Spanish to Northern Lights. And since Aurora here was born in a mer city in the waters of Alaska, it just fit perfectly^_^. Aurora Boreal is my character. The name "Aurora Boreal" is up for grabs because it is a term for an actual occurrence. However, please do not use her distinct likeness without first asking for and receiving my permission.
